I've just installed QTP 95 on a WindowsXP system and I got the following pop up message before restart the computer:

"QuickTest Professional has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

And then, when closing WindowsXP I get another message:

"QTPInstallReqs has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

After reboot the system, the first pop up message appears again whenever I start QTP 95.

Please, let me know how to solve this.
