Hi Sayeenarayan,

The answer is, BOTH. It helps to get job easily and to move high in the management ladder easily. Salary comes along with it.

But, this will mainly help if you go into management side. In general, MBA guys will not have more technical skills where compared to pure technical guys with BE or B.Tech. Thus MBA with B.Tech/BE is more prefered than MBA alone.
