Hi Adhi,

Now very clear what is the first question. But, here is the solution for 2nd question.

2. If you are using IE, you can do the following.
Tools>Internet Options>Security (tab)
Click on "Restricted Sites" icon at the top and the press "Sites" button.

Now, in the resultant window, add the site you want to restrict and users will not be able to access that particular listed site.

Check for similar setting in other browsers if you are using other browsers.
