I my openion age, youth,experience and young talent are analogous in comparision, an aged person maygain ameature talent in a new field in which an youth guy may be a wonderfully experienced, experience come with hard work and no way related to age, talent can also be acquired with out relating to age, in todays fast moving world young guys a very much enthusiastic and becoming employers also.
