Though I din't go through all of the Stuff that you people have mentioned, but I respect every one's point of view, and would like to add some points from my side.
I am working as a Test Engineer, and we have a Team of 30 people as of now.
Here around 60% of us are with One Year Experience, and rest are much seniors to us, so in this arena, where competiveness is the doctor's order, we should always try and strive for a mixed Blend of Exubrance of Youth and Expierence of Senior people. Youth always come up with a charisma, and a new sense of urgency regarding learning new skills and Technologies.On the other hand we have Excellent managment and Passionate skills of people who are senior and have gone through the nitty gritties of life and Industry.
So always look out for the Mixed blend.
