Don't think only from 1 side. For companies, if not we, some one else will do the same work for same salary. So, they are not bothered about anything. If you ask more logical reasoning, only answer they say is, they are not competant enough to get job. So, they are not eligible for it. It may be not be logical from our perspective. But it is, from their perspective.


I know a few of my collegues who were fired. But after firing, they settled in good companies with better pay that what our company use to pay.
