How this can be justified, if a company is firing an employee on the resons u said "they are not competant enough to get job", then how r they selected into that company, is there is any loop holes int eh companies selection process....
and if a fired person can get a into a better company with better salary then there is no strength in saying that"they are not competant enough to get job"....
