and also one thing person gets the job on his skills (but company dont
knw he is fake,but they fell he can suit for the job).....but after
checking if the company come to knw he kept fake they'll fire tht
person......
means r they seeing only exp overhere or they not seeing the skills of
tht person......this is my major doubt....how come companies 1st
selects ppl by checking the skills & if they come to knw he is fake
they'll fire y cant they think tht person hvng enough skills to suit
the job......
