Its great that u wanna write SCJP...

we dont need to have exp for writing SCJP....

any one can write it...

as far as my knowl is concerned there is no such institute which provides training for SCJP..

there are some online trainings offered by sun microsystems....

Its better to prepare by ourself.....

if u hav any doubts just post here
