hi faraz,
SAP CRM is very good option......bur for CRM u should've knowledge in SD.
CRM is hvng lots o demand than SD.
abt institutes for CRM....till now not no one is good to teach.....but i'll let u knw.

Is SAP_CRM a good option for the people who have experience in it? wats this ? i didt get u.........
