Today i attend CA interview
1st round is written test
thats based on our selection(domains) i selected C and Windows
we have to choose
1 OS(windows/unix) and
1 lang(c/c++,java,sql,perl,dbms....)
its a 1 hour exam(objective) with 60 bits(30
OS+30
Lang)
C exam is really tough,they asked purely on files,unions..(some code is given and asked the output like that....)so -> didn't remember any Questions
windows (2000,XP) exams is little bit easy to me ,mainly concentrated on what type of errors (daily occurred errors) and hows our reaction to solve those
Ex :if a s/w has no uninstall. so how will u delete that
some questions on Task Manager.
i finished Written exam and entered into 1st Tech round
they asked me on QTP first , purely on basics.
how will u identy the object,what are the run modes ,types of object repository,how will u post bugs in QTP,.... like
next He asked me on DBMS concepts
i didn't refer DBMS,i know and i have good grip on DBMS , but didn't prepare well
though he asked me basic questions in DBMS,i didn't answer well
he asked me oracle 8i is Dbms or Rdbms -> i said Rdbms
then what r the difference between these two
i told but i am not satisfied with my answer,so how can i satisfy him.
then asked on views,memory space,index,....like basics
so friends..... my journey stopped at this ...
i hope i will do well in the coming interviews
because i just now begin the construction....HAHAHAHA...
Hey remember, these questions r for 2+ EXP
i didn't involve any database testing in my office. that's the problem
so Friends pls prepare Dbms
