First thing is, if you quit with out any notice, HCL may not give you any experience certificate (as you haven't gave them any notice) and you can't show that experience else where. By the way, how much experience do you have in HCL? If the experience is 6+ months, I will suggest you to have a 2nd thought on it again before leaving it. Option is yours.

Any coming to the bond, what kind of bond is it? it is a work bond or credit or loan bond saying that you have taken that from company? If it is a work bond, then you can ignore it ( If I am not wrong, single sided work bonds are invalid under labour act). If is other kind of bond, then you should be careful. They can take legal action on you to get that money from you.
