Re: restarting problem

My experinece is, there could be two reasons for this. First is because of some virus and the second one is, if there is some dust particles in RAM slot, then this happens.

Try to clean your RAM slot and see if it gives any better results. Is your anti-virus software is upto date to catch latest viruses? If not, update it. If none of these two resolves your issue, I will suggest you to reformat your system if you don't have any critical data and if you have all software installers because windows is well known for periodic wear and tears for which we will not have reasons.
