I have been asked this question so many times, How to get job in software testing? or How to switch to testing career? There are some simple rules that you can follow which will guide to the job destination. First remove the "anyone can do" career attitude from your mind. Prepare for at least one programming language basics. Understand the manual testing concepts thoroughly. Any Automation tool or bug tracking tool knowledge. These are my simple tips ;-) Sounds tough? Actually there is nothing simple in this world. You must achieve what you want with your own strengths!
