Guys this is what I did.
Download the file from the above link. This is a .rar file. Download it to your desktop. Download winrar software from some
Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com website (it's free). Install winrar application. Now double click on the .rar file you downloaded from the above link.
Open the folder on the popup window (winrar window) download the .exe file to your software installation directory (in my case it was under 'C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\WinRunner'). Double click on "l-mqt82" exe file. Wait for some time.
Yes you are done!!
Start using Winrunner / QTP...
