Both Krishna's as well as Krishnareddy's ans are good. but would like to give my view regarding the 2nd question.

2) Its about a team & decision making in a team, so it would be better if you use appropriate words. "I will put forward my views/opinions regarding the situation(issue) and will listen to my team members views. After considering the pro's and con's of each members view, will draw a conclusion which best suits(solves) the situation(issue)".

The word "listen" will create a good impression.
