It is one of the most complicated processes. What I have explained is good if you are an individual contributor (not for managers or PLs or TLs). Thanks to "Sudhani" for putting it forward in a better and impressive sentences. Let me know if you have any doubts on any specific area so that I can clear your doubts with more ease.

Qtn4 - on 2 yr bond.
What ever I said earlier are comments on company policies. Here is my answer to that question.

If the company is sending you for a year out of country, then most of the companies say "you have to work for 2 yrs (double the period) in our org after returning back". In that case, bond is a fair deal. In this example, both employee and employer are trying to get benefit from the situation. Otherwise, if the employer is trying to exploit the employees situation, then it is an unfair deal.
