Qualification: - Diploma \ Graduate \ Post Graduate in any discipline
- Under Graduates (Completed +2 an! d above 18 yrs of age)
- Good command over English
- An aptitude for learning.
- Computer proficiency a must for all Technical Support Roles
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts. (Night Shifts also )
- Previous experience in customer service / hotels, airlines or call centre with technical support background is also preferred.
