You are right , what is the position of those guys who have not secured the position in an IT company. I accept this type of problem raises to many people, But it is essential to realize that Only big companies are looking and firing guys. There is no need of joining in an MNC company, they can search in small companies or group of people take a room and place systems and work seriously(at most 8 hours per day).Conduct seminars , discussions etc . IT is not compulsory to work in IT industry, there are wide variety of jobs were having outside , think big and chose better then IT career. IT is for those guys who want to work like machines in life and produce results(as like machinery) That's why they take these many precautions to recruit them.
We should not think about them, instead better what we are , how much we can demand each company for our efforts.
