First time when you install you have box "Registration Information" with:
Name:
Company:
Maintenance number:
for Maintenance number enter 8888-8888888888Press Next button

In next page "Setup Type" you select Typical or Custom Installation (I use Typical)
Press Next button

Next page is "License Information” You have message: “Please enter your license key. Use ‘TEMPORARY’ for a temporary, 10-day license”.
And in Add new license key you already have entered this temporary key.
You should enter key (cracked key) HERE
