Job Requirements:-
- Web development using PHP and MySQL,
- Experience in customization of Open source tools
- Coordinate all development efforts with onsite co ordinates or clients.
- Understand and analyze requirements to create design.
- To design, develop and code complex software programs and work on the continuous improvement of the same.
- Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices and complete knowledge of SDLC.
- Knowledge of AJAX development a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication for client interaction
- Very sound technical leading and technical training skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused, ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work independently or with teams and being able to multi-task on multiple pr! oducts and projects.
- Self-starter, team player,! highly organized, infrastructure and process-oriented.
