i think in ur case qtp was installed before and now u applied crack.wat i i would suggest is format ur OS drive ,make a fresh qtp installation and copythe crack file to qtp directory and double click ..a popup window wil com sayin licence generated succesfully .it should work if u do lik this. u can check in help -> abt qtp -> licence -> it wil show permament
