Job Profile: Project Lead - PHP
Candidate would be responsible for following activities:
1) Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
2) Responsible to interact with the US/UK clients for necessary amendments / changes in the projects as per need arises. Capable to understand & analyzing the client"s requirements.
3) You will be also responsible to create web applications by your own logic
4) As Team Leader the Project Lead will be responsible for the management of the PHP development teams. Management includes both project and line management.
5) The Project Lead will be responsible for maintaining the correct skills levels in the Team and ensuring continuity by maintaining backup staff for each skill.
Desired Qualities:
We need a person with, Excellent working experience on PHP, & MySQL with 3 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with common open source PHP apps. Good concepts on Object Oriented Design/Development. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Ajax,Smarty, Java Script, XML. Ability to Lead web development team & handle pressure and demands.
You should have an excellent communication skills. This requirement is for 24x7 hours atmosphere. Only those candidates who are willing to work in shifts need to apply.
