Sorry for disturbing you again, When i double clik on the file and when it displayed that its done successfully...the file 'lservec', was shown saved in C:\Programfiles\commonfiles\mercuryinteractive\licensemanager\..
whereas my QTP installed is in C:\Programfiles\mercuryinteractive\quicktestprofessional....

is this can be problematic that file generated is not saved in proper location.

can you check in yours where this file is getting saved.
