I think its always better to format your OS drive when you are goin to install QTP again . | Thanks for your quick reply and I obviously gonna try it once again. Oh BTW, actually there are ways to delete QTP from its root without reformatting your system which I could write but taking sometime to make sure if its already not being posted by someone. |
