Job Description :
1) Forum Admin will report directly to Glenn Alexander or Central Contact Person
2) Answer MXit technical questions and offer support on the Forum
3) Monitor the MXit Support Email
4) Monitor the MXit_Team, MXit_PressRoom profiles
5) Keep the Forum updated with new phones & events
6) Maintain the MXit Community culture
7) Keeping a close eye on other key Forums
List the local Forums / Youth Sites in India
8) Be dedicated to communicator relations
9) Exercise patience and diplomacy
10) Ensure fast near real time support
11) Communicate with back end staff (Developers)
12) Forum Admin may be required, from time to time, to perform other related duties in advancement of the Company’s best interest. All reasonable a! nd lawful instruction to this effect shall be carried out with the same diligence and skill required in the case of the Forum Admin’s primary duties.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualifications and Experience

1) Formal qualification is not a prerequisite – phpbb, html programming would be an advantage
2) Basic understanding of the Internet and online Blogs, Forums and Websites
3) Experience within the mobile industry is a plus
4) Customer care orientated
5) Superior written communication skills are critical
