The modus of operadi of this company is: the company gives the Vacancy Available for freshers advertisement in various media including various jobs site. Since its hard to for frshers to find a job, sp they get attracted to this company's advertisement. The main accused Shalu Sharma (posed as HR Manager) and Rajeev Nagpal (CEO), they don't know any thing about IT and IT industry.
The candidate first has to go through a written test. Although they have to selct everyone but to show other candidates, the company fail few of the cadidates and selet rest of them. once they are through with the written test, Shalu Sharma take the other round and convince them to Pay Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000/- on the grounds that this money will be refunded after a year. Its an intrest fre security deposit and also lure the candidates that since they are freshers and will go under training and after 2 months f training they will start getting the stipend of Rs. 3,000/- and fater 6 months stipend wil increase to Rs. 6,000 t 7,000/- and if they stick to the company for 1 year their security deposit willbe refunded.
In addition to this they lure the candidates, by claiming, they have a tie-ups with i-focus mumbai and dubai but when contacted i-focus, they are not even heard of this company and simply denied to have tie-ups with them. Also they claim to have variosu projects of software developemnt of Barclay's Bank and many other,s which in actual is also a false statement, just to attract the candidates.
The simply hired the graduates who are having 6 months to 1 yar of expereince to train the people and the traing method is same like an institute with the basic things through books. Very few candidates will reach to the stipend of 7,000 and being an year old company no-one's security deposit is yet refunded by the company.
The company simply start firing the candidtaes on saml issues like not shaven, or wearing jeans, or other performance issue.
Shalu Sharma, Have given the one of his employee Megha Bansal (Technical head) to fire 50 people in 3 months, so that they can circulate the candidates and money.
So, all you young graduates, kindly don't get lured by such kind of company, and spcially where Shalu Sharma or Rajiv Nagpal is associated. It's all fake and you wil be wasting yout time and money and earned nothing.
