As/400 query


Hello,
I am Trupti.I had done Mca in 2004 and then AS/400 course in 2006.After doing that i went to London and now i again want to continue my carrier in As/400.bu no hands on practice and long gap...please suggest me best way...
Also,suggest me the best institute in Pune.
