I see 2 options
1. Install the QTP 9.5 and when installation is complete, copy the crack and run it. Then restart the system.
OR
2. Start the installation and simultaneously copy the crack in the QTP install folder and run it.

buddy r u tryin to crack 9.5 ?
if u wer using 9.2 before , i would suggest to format the OS drive and reinstall QTP and copy the crack to the installation folder and apply. this is the normal way which is working fine for everybody.
