Hi claudia ,
Only Uninstalling QTP will not work ,you have to format OS Drive before u install QTP again .After that you have to install QTP and apply crack .it should work perfectly fine.
Do u have to setup of QTP 9.2 with you .In HP site you will QTP 9.5 only i think.
I personally dont know whether this crack works for 9.5 ,but i can guarantee you that for 9.2 it works like a charm.
In this thread 2-3 members pointed out this crack is working for 9.5 ,so if you want you can also give it a try .
