Hi Benoy,
I have installed QTP 9.5 version
It is in c:/ program files/hp/quicktest professional.
But my license is generated in
c:/program files/common files/mercury interactive/licensemanager
i.e; when i run the exe file ,i am getting the message has

Geting MachineID...
MachineID: 8-5D9D7
Generating License...
License Generated Successfuly.
License Saved: 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Mercury Interactive\License Manager\lservrc'.
All Done!
Then when i tried to open QTP ,it shows that ,it will expire in 6 days.
Please help me.
