There is a power failure at 11.00 pm on 1^st May 2007 and the power resumes only at 11.30 pm on the same day.

An electric clock, which was functioning normally until the power failure, starts up as soon as the power supply restarts, but resumes backwards at half the usual speed.

At what time on the following day will the electric clock show the same time as the actual correct time?
