Job Description:
Job requires handling a network of 60 -65 systems split between two offices separated by 50 meters.
Job requires providing technical support to entire organization for the entire duration of the working hours which includes handling all system in the organization
Software resources - Installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting and maintaining, it will include formatting and installing of windows OS, setting up the mail accounts, installing and updating antivirus and all other Software
Hardware resources- Hardware configuration, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting, Maintaining and managing the resources by keeping their inventory, replacing parts as required
Networking resources- Troubleshooting and Maintaining networks it will include assigning IP Addresses, configuring gateways, firewalls and providing uninterrupted internet availability.
Communication resources- Implementing and maintaining communication equipments which includes - managing intra telephones lines with help of service providers, EPBX, setting up of VOIP
Misc electronic and technical resources- Managing misc electronic and technical resources for effective office functioning
Job also requires maintaining equipment inventory, creating and implementing a backup plan and providing support.
Job also requires identifying and evaluating hardware and software resources and providing suggestions for their purchase and subscription.

Technology :-
Operating System - Window, Windows Server 2003 , Windows XP and Vista, Linux Installation and Server Setting.
Hardware - PC Hardware Support Skills , Network Security.
Backups - Server Backups, PC Backups.
