One more suggestion from my side...

When ever I go through other sites, I feel, even we should have the same feature in our forum also. When ever we search or see the posts (either in search page or in other forums) people should see announcements first...

For example, let us take this post itself. I feel this post should get much higher attention than it is getting now. This is a very key for forums running and future in collecting users feedback.

But in implementation I also feel that we should be very careful not to waste much of the screen space (may be we need to display them in different format that we are doing now). Also this section can have rules and guidelines to participate and new features those were added and so on...

Hi Admin...

My suggestion is more or less discussed above with other friends, but I will again stress on things , which should be done ie,

1. Category for company profile and fast facts
2. Searching should be more userfriendly
3. Category for only interview impression and experience with raised questions.
4. More responsible person for latest update in importat fields like Testing, database, Dataware housing, .....

Well i agree with all of you but i dont think this online classes is a good idea as it is difficult to implement,the practicality of the idea is more important...so as jasmine has said jobseekers experiences i have requested this earlier , its a important thing considering the many experiences people have ,and abhijeet's suggestion of live chat is too much to expect but we can fix some time frames like sundays saturdays where we can arrange such stuff!!Kudos to admin for efforts which were almost impossible and seeing the changes this forum is undergoing i can definitely say this site will create wonders in the coming days!~!

Any Announcment...which needs everyones eye on it.............will b better if its a navigating link on the top of home page.
I wish if maximun no. of job portals are listed as a sticky thread which wud b benificial fr job seekers to apply for.........
It wud be fine if the basic things which a fresher needs or the doubts that rotate in their mind....all needs to b at one palce.............fr example posts related to Resume preparation etc...

Hot Jobs section needs to b more flexible.............

I have one more feedback. I always feel that this forum does not know how to make user work space more effecient. If we take at the top portion of any page, I will say minimum 50% of the total available screen size is used only for navigation links and advertisements.

If we can make use of that space more efficiently, I am sure that it will increase user experience.

i have a small request.the jobs thread is messed up...wat i mean is i thin itz better if we have three more threads in expierienced jobs like for 1+,2+,3+ and more ,it'l b easy to navigate .

Can we have something like "Quick Search" option which accepts user entered keyword and palces the realted threads in a seperate page.This will make things fexible.Its hard to go fr all pages n check the required ones.

Yet another feature needs some tuning. This issue is strucking me many times now a days. If I don't visit site for couple of days and if I search for "new posts" after I revisit the site, the search displays multi-page report. If I reply to any post or do any moderation on any post, after some time if I try to go to next page, I will get a page saying something like "no new posts updates or added since your last activity....".

Because of this, I am missing many posts and were remaining unanswered. For me, going though each and every forum for new posts is a very painful process which I always try to avoid.

Hope this will be taken care in future releases.

Still I am not able to add reputation to many users. I reported this long back and no solution or work around is provided till now. How many more days do you people need to fix it????
