Re: At 1.05 what is the angle formed by the minute hour hand ?
At 1.00, the angle between hour hand and minute hand is 30degrees.
In a span of 60min,the hour hand moves through an angle of 30degrees Therefore, the angle moved by hour hand in 5 min is : (5*30)/60=2.5degrees. Also, at 1.05, the minute hand moves through 30degrees, hence the angle between hour hand and the minute hand at 1.05 is : 2.5degrees.
