hi deepthi, If we taketens digit =x and units digit =y ON solving we get x=3/2y by trail and error we get y=2 and x=3 so x+y=5 If it is in case of CAT then answer may be different if any doubts plz post them.Edited by: keerthi |

1.)A 2 digit no, the diff of its digits is one twelth of it. Find sum of the 2 digits -data insufficient -6 -8 -10 -none This questions seems to be incomplete but if we consider the given answr then the answer would be 6 i.e second options as sum of two digit no. is 6 (given) means option available are 15,51,24,42 5-1 is not equal to 1/12 (51 or 15) hence just 24,42 left 4-2 is equal to 1/12(24) therefor 24 is the number and 6 is the sum. |

ya simple way is contruct an equation solve it ans use TRIAL N ERROR jus as keerthi has mentioned u will get the answer bye sowmya
