the only solution is PRACTICE.
practice aptitude questions frm books , and frm this type of sites.more u practice more knw u'll get....
regarding verbal try to learn meanings frm dictionaries daily....n also try to practice previous question papres of the companies...

for apptitude practise from rs agrwal and verbal also by rsagrawal
for atleast 10-20 times then practise old papers bcz 80% of the paper
repeats in exams and also see time cat material for apptitude
for english words learn from barons book ie high freq words
