Hi.

My name is Divya, I completed my MCA in 2003 through correspondence. I am working in administration field. I would like to change my field in Software Companies. There is any possibilities to get job in Software companies.

I did course in java / j2ee and practising it everyday.

I am trying job very seriously but everyone rejecting my resume bcoz i completed the degree 2003.

Please anyone guide me....how to enter in software field.

Hope someone will guide me ....

jst upload ur resume in all major job portals ....
attend all the interviews which u get - small r big cmpnys - try 2 get initial brk ....
apply 2 all the jobs u ll get ...

keep 2yrs after 2003 ....exp of administrator field the remaining 1yr on java........since u r telling tht u r practising java daily so thre wont be any trouble....apply ur resume in all job portals deff u'll get calls..........there r so many vacancies...........so just try hard....deff u'll get in......keep nice projects n have full grip on those proj............

and wait for calls
try ur luck
meantime practise java in home
wait with patience

I decided to try job with fake experience and planning to write scjp exam it gives more preference to my resume.....

All the best. Certification will add weightage to you resume for sure. But don't stop any of them (searching and preparing/writing scjp exam) for the other to complete. Let both of them be independent and parellel.
