Krishna Sir n Other group members plzz suggest me,till now no one replied ,EXPECT REPLY FROM "YOU"
Respected Sir/Madam,
I M Shelja Sharma from Faridabad, I have done B.E. (Comp. Science) in 2005,With aggregate 71%, from Rajasthan University and worked as a Lecturer in MCA Dept. for 1yr..Now seeking job in IT sector ONLY in DELHI/NCR, preferabley in development from last 10 months. There r No vacancies as a fresher for 2005 passouts here in DELHI/NCR.I got selected in One compnay named SR. INFOTECH at Gurgaon but they demanded 75000/- as a refundabble security deposit ,so i refused to join.got calls from consultants only for teaching job.after applying all my effort, now i m thinking to join some course either DOTNET OR JAVA/J2EE OR SOFTWARE TESTING. and at this stage,i need ur suggestion n help.NOW,i got confused between course n i should join an ISO certified I.T. COMPANY OR TRAINING INSTITUE FOR TRAINING. I found 4 I.T. companies providing training they r asking 3,4 thousand more than institutes(13000-15000/-that's ok) but not giving any sure reply for placement or interview calls BUT,they r providing experience certificate of their company if sum1 takes training from there.now computer institutes, sum r giving 100% surity that they will provide exp. certificate also n the interview calls till the student gets placed n the common thing from all is :they all r saying don't go for java course, atleast 2-3 yr's exp. is required today to get a gud job in java.go for dotnet becz dotnet is very rquired in Delhi/Ncr.n it jst need 1 yr. exp. to put to get gud job in dotnet.one said don't go in either, becz u'll jst get pakage of 10-15,i would suggest u to go for software testing, not much exp. is required n u can get pakage of 20-25 initially. SO,PLZ MADAM,help me cosidering DELHI/NCR only.that is it really difficult for a java fresher to get job in DELHI/NCR.i should go for which course dotnet/java/testing n i should do it from I.T. company or Institue.i want to do a course which is long lasting in future also. My technical skills are C,C++,VB,DBMS,DATA STRUCTURES,COMPUTER GRAPHICS.my percentage r : X:63% , XII:70.2% ,B.E.(C.S.):71% expect sure help from you, waiting for ur reply. THANX, Kind Regards, Shelja Sharma e-mail id:shell_shu@yahoo.com |

Re: Krishna Sir n Other group members plzz suggest me,till now no one replied ,EXPECT REPLY FROM "YOU"
hi sharma,
1st i wanna say u got nice percentage....and also u have taken very nice decission by refusing the 75k offer......... now comming to ur course............by depending on ur technical skills its better to join in dot net course..........dont think abt pay.......for exp candidate in any field pay will be high itself..............u r saying in delhi dot net is hvng boom......not only in delhi in all places now dot netis hvng nice boom......so without any doubt u can join in dot net course(bcoz u knw VB....so it will be somewat easy for u)........ one more thing for testing also all r asking min 3yrs of exp..........pay depends on experience not by the course...........comming to java...it takes long time to learn the course so i suggested to do dotnet course which in demand.............and also as far as i knw every field is becomming very hot.....comming to pay it always depends on ur exp and subject............... no institute offers 100% job assistance.........yah they'll provide placement assistance.........but keep in mind its not sure.......u r saying tht they r providing exp certificate so its fine enough....no need to strugle for exp u can take frm tht institute itself(ask them to provide company exp not teaching exp)............ my sugg is join in dot net course.....just concentrate on the sub ...complete the course and then apply for jobs.....deff u;ll get in......wish u all the best..... hi frnd,
dont make ur mind messed up with too many confusions .... 1st u decide to yourself which is ur interesting area .... which field makes u 2 wrk interestingly .... dnt think abt pay initially .... every field have got good no of oppurtunities with good pay packs .... its ltl bit tough in the initial stages to get a brk but if u get once then ur pay n all depends on ur own skills ... so, 1st decide for urself then look for the courses in ur interesting area! try to make urself diff 4m others in that field so that u can get prioritised ..... even testing jobs are asking for 3+yrs of exp .... so dnt think of all those thngs now .... wishing u all the best!
