Hi roopa,

Nothing to worry my dear fnd.See,u have faced only 3 companies.Go out and see that how many persons r waiting for the job even after going for 3000 companies. Now only u r in the initial stage. Some persons may get in the first attempt. But soem may get after many attempts(but in a good company).Think that "GOD HAS SOMETHING BIGGER FOR YOU".Dont loose ur confidence. To get through ur written test,

1.Refer R.S.AGARWAL AND SHAKUNTHALA DEVI book. Most of the questiong will be from this.

2.If u find time to be in net, refer our website. We have many sections. And main thing my fnd. After joining our group,u need not worry for anything.Surely in few days,u will say that,"Rena i am placed in a large company".U have many fnds to guide u.U have various sections.U can select a section and try to read all the information. We have aptitude section also.Daily answer that and also refer the correct answers.Surely u will get a good job.

3)Be confident. That is the needed thing for interviews.Regarding aptitude i think there is nothing in presentation. If u answer correctly,u will be awarded marks. If it is related to English,we have also section for English.Go through that daily.

4)If u think that u r not good in english, start to speak in English.Daily when u go to bed, start speaking to urself in English abt all the things happened that day. When u feel that u r not correct, then write that sentence in a diary and next day ask someone and correct urself.

ALL THE BEST.DONT WORRY.WE ARE FOR YOU.

HI Roopa,

I have a small suggestion for you. Please don't try to cover the entire RS Agarwal book or any aptitude or verbal book in 3 days or 4 days before the exam. Please take time. Whenever you find time try to cover a single topic , but prepare in such a way that you will never forget the specific topic. What we all ususally do is like we will start preparing before 3 or 4 days from the scheduled Exam Date. Do't we all do that?

So take time. And come on ! You have attended only 3 companies. I know it's very easy to say but difficult to do that. But try prerparing seriously for 1 month.Give your 100%. And try giving out another exam. I am sure that you will through the written test.

Wish you all the success!

Hi friends,
I want advice from you people regarding my carrer. Please give your suggestions.

I have completed my MCA. But i am presently working as a IT Recruiter in a company. I am in two minds whether to shift to IT or continue in the same profession (ie: recruiter) in the long period.
Frankly to say i am not good at programming. If suppose i need to shift my carrer to IT field which language i should learn!

Hi Pavan,

Before answering your question, I would like to ask you few questions.

1. Are you satisfied with your current job?
2. Do you think you are performing well in current job?
3. How do you rate yourself the way you handle your current job between 1 -10 being 10 as best.
4. Are you good in communication and negotiation skills?

Thanks,
Krishna

Hi Krishna

Than k you very much for your immediate reply.

Regarding your queries

I am satisfied with my current job. I am able to do closures for my company. I have comparitively developed my communication skills. I am meeting good clients and able to know what is happening.

But my friends and parents are forcing me to tend towards It field since i am MCA graduate.
I am afraid of whether my carrer in IT recruting can be continued in the long term or I should move to Sofware field. I am suffering with this probelm from so many days.

Please kindly give me your valuble suggestions and give the exact solutions to my problem.

Hi Pavan,

To be frank, if you are happy with what you are doing now, you don't have to worry. As I say to every one, once you get experience, what you studied or your qualification is not a big matter. Only your experience and your achievements makes sound.

As you are saying you are happy with this job and more over, you are not confident abt your prog. skills. So, better to continue this job.

But, your parents might be thinking that if you enter into prog. field, you will earn more. They are not wrong in thinking so. They too think as every other. But, its your time now. Be clear in your goals. Try to take 1 or 2 break in next couple of years and show them that you can earn better in theis field also. But, in long run, it will prove much userful.

Also, once more sincere suggestion is, persue MBA or other management related courses in distance education. Even though they don't change the way you work, they will surely make some difference in terms of promotions.

Take a good decision. ALL THE BEST!!!

Thanks,
Krishna
