    Hi Baskar,

Then doing networking should not be very difficult for you. But, my suggestion is, first target for MCP (only server paper) and then go for CCNA ( it is cisco certification). By this you will get most of the needed concepts. It includes both theoritical and practical. By this you should be able to attend interviews comfortably.

Then slowly got for other papers and do MCSA (4 papers) and then MCSE (7 papers). This completes your starting journey.

Later, depending on your interest, you can do other certifications especially in the area of security ( not sure how many are there) or doing Linux, Unix, Solaries Administration certifications to improve your self and your job prospects in future.

    All the best!!!

    Thanks,
    Krishna
