Re: Please explain the real-time environment of testing...

Hi keerti,
I am Abhijeeth from Bangalore ,working as a manual tester in a small company, this company develops web based application. I have joined this company just few months back, b4 i joined this company , the testing was being done by dev itself . Right now there are only two testers in our company and we are doing just manual testing.
The other guy who accompnaies me for testing is also a fresher.. till now we have tested 5 to 6 projects successfully.
Now the problem is that i am being paid very less , this is not a big prob , im ready to work if i m being paid less also but atleast i should get some knowledge here which wud be helpful for me in the future. If i be working here as a manual tester concentrating on manual testing only then i think i'm wasting my time, Sometimes i even think shift to other companies also but right now iam not getting any offers.
So this's my kind request to u help me out n suggest me for better.
Abhijeeth B.M.
