Looking for Change in Career

Dear all

I really dont understand my problem ? I have more then 4+ years of work experience in Retail as Technical, Functional and Automation . I have applied many companies but i did not get good response what might be the mistake please suggest me where iam going wrong

Syed,

There could be many issues like technologies, companies you are working with (if it is not an MNC, then it gets low preference in some cases), their requirement and so on...

First thing, look at your profile. Keep in mind that as a fresher your resume speaks much about your accademics and highlights them. As an exp. guy, your profile must highlight your area of expertise, job roles and achievements.

This makes lot of difference.

Thanks for your suggestion may be what i feel is my Resume is not up to the mark i need to change my resume
