This is Phani, I felt happy by seeing this site is there to help us in carrer guidelines. So am explaining my problem am working in Elecy.Dept. I had finished M.Sc.comp. in 2004 now i want to change my carrer to IT field. Kindly suggest me which course is better to me to get job in Software. But i want to get job very shortly, for that one what steps i have to take . Am in very much anxiety to go to IT field. Pls suggest me.

first let us knw what skills you know in computers..........how much perfect in those skills........and more thing you wanna get job very shortly.....tht depends on you completely and on your skills..........now a days there is heavy and heavy competition for IT jobs so completely depends on your skills and on hardwork ......
first let us know what skills you know in computers so tht we can guide you abt the courses...........but what we can do is just we can share our views but take a decission of your own completely.....dont depend on others....

I completely agree with Spoorthi. The only short cut for success is "hard work". So if you are too exited to enter into IT field, first control it. Make yourself understand that it takes lot of hard work and patience.

Please let us know your expertise so that we can give our views from that side.

I am very thankfull to u for giving replay to me, Let me explain the skills of me in computers I am very much interested in programming while I was B.Sc.and M.Sc. I have done projects in my own code. I have done project on V.B. onthat day. Now I have some extent knowledge in dot net. Because of job I lost the touch with that one. But I have confience that I would be the recover. So please give me the proper guideliness. I am very much interesting in Development.

If possible try to attend some course in .net to boost up your skills .... try to do a couple of projs & try for the jobs .....
job market is good now you can get in2 IT field but with some hard work!

its very nice like you got tht much skills.....................you've written code on your own means you have enough skills deff you can settle in IT field.........you are perfect in dot net na so join in a institute on dot net.....and be perfect in subject ...practise well with the programming........after completion of the course apply for jobs.........you will deff get job...but it depends on practising......
