Re: how to respond to this?
I agree with Fred...
See, your minus point should be a plus point for the company. Try to put it in proper words like If I take any work I see to that, that I complete it before the dead line & I do that to the best of my satisfaction " and try to give an example. At any cost dont give any negative points like i am short tempered, etc., because that will create negative impression on you. All the Best. |

Re: how to respond to this?
TAM,
Sudhani's view is absolutely correct...one should present negative or minus point in such a way that it should give an impression to the interviewer as a postive point...but one should support it with an appropriate example to prove it...not an easy answer...one has to do some homework to find a solution... Thanks, Prashanth

Re: how to respond to this?
Asili Prasanna,
I am your interviewer, I will ask you this question immediately. "Why do you think it is your weakness? ". If the interviewee has valid answer for it, then you point is valid. Thanks, Krishna

Re: how to respond to this?
i just dont know what iam saying now is correct or not but i want to express my feelings.
suppose that u have some work which takes one hour ,but u will complete that work with in half anhour so the other time u r sitting idle which u dont like ,so this might become ur weekness. |

Re: how to respond to this?
hmm... I will not say it is wrong answer. But at the same time it will not also create any kind of impression. So I will say it is a neutral answer.
Thanks, Krishna

Re: how to respond to this?
Prasanna,
Have you ever faced such situation, i mean, have you ever completed any work before the dead line...ok, let be that you completed it before dead line...but is there any necessity that you should sit idle, why dont you try to increase the efficiency of that particular work, why dont you use that time to increase the output efficiency, why dont you use that time to gain some knowledge regarding your work(your technical skill)..... Thanks & Regards, Sudhani |
