Need your suggestion

Iam Gopi Kumaran,MCA graduate working in BPO for 3 years.In last 1 year,I lead a team in J2EE tech and .Net eventhough I am not into programming.I used to program in VB,Oracle,SQL,D2K.I did my Aptech also.So I was given that responsibility of team handling in j2ee and .net.Now Iam looking to enter into IT from BPO.I got suggestions to join SAP ABAP.Iam confused whether I should join SAP ABAP or J2ee or .Net.I can manage to get expereince certificate.I need to go to abroad or in india,package is my concern
You suggest me with ur ideas.I posted it some other places also.

the question is what are u interested in ???
i believe a person can only progress in a filed of his interest, have patience as far as going abroad is concerned. Judging by what u have written, u have gained a foot-hold in programming department, u have got experience, hence u wont have any problems leaving ur current company and joining another (for a better pay). U can go for either J2EE or .NET ( .NET preferably since u are already familiar with Microsoft Terchnology , VB ) . Technologies will come and go , if u have ur basics right dont care about anything else.

But i as i earlier pointed out "What is ur area of interest ?? go for it ".

yah as you know so many tech vb,oracle,j2ee etc....
frd as you know these technologies and also you've handled j2ee n dot net team.......so select a field in these two in which you are familiar and perfect..........as you've handled teams then there wont be any prob of keeping exp...you can keep your own exp and try for jobs deff you'll get nice job with nice package..........
but you are saying you wanna do SAP ABAP .........
in my opinion as you are already knw j2ee and dot net select any one of them and try for jobs.......
if you want do SAP ABAP.....again you've to spend some time for course and then you've to try.......
j2ee and dot net also are in high demand and nice packages.....so decide what you wanna do either j2ee or dot net or ABAP............

First ur INTEREST is the key to proceed further .....
chk urself as to which field u like, where u wish 2 continue .... u decide 4 urself whether its j2ee or .net or xyz ....
every field have ample of oppurtunities ....
so, 1st decide ur interesting field n chk out 4 various options avail in tat .....
