Dear guys....can any of u bring me out a detail about salary scale in iT sector......
basically in term of experrience????? especially in tester field????//

There is no standard scale as such. It depends on your experience, current salary, organization to which you are applying, their urgency to hire a candidate and on top of every thing, company HR policies. These factors determine salary.
