Re: Hello all.....
Sumanth,
You should opt for a good insitute, try to accomplish yourself in some technology, join as a faculty after getting trained. You can if you want join as a trainer in same institute if they offer you,or for that matter join some other reputed institute, its your confidence and positive attidue from here.if you join as trainer, you get hoarde of options later on,bcoz 1.You get to know latest technologies as you are faculty in institute 2.You become an expert overtime and many corporates are now hiring trainers, just try your best and let your skills do the talking from there onwards!!!!

Re: Hello all.....
Sumanth join in a reputed institute and get trained first, your friend starting a institute is his personal desire to do business, but if you want to be a s/w engineer thats really good and its better you join a reputed institute first and get adapted and trained on latest technologies.
