plz help regarding selection of field

Hi friends,
I completed my BE(comp) with a good aggregate of 77% passed out in 2004 as well as hav done course in java n j2ee. I am working in a BPO from past 2 yrs n i culd nt quit tht job as i was not able to find a job in my field and now i want to chng to HR Field or Software field. But even if i go for HR or other BPO companies they r questioning as to why i dint join s/w field when it has good scope. since its almost 4 yrs that i've completed my BE am in dilemma as to wat next? remain in BPO field or shift to s/w field. if so how shuld i proceed. plz help me with ur suggestions...

Hi Friend..

U have better future in BPO field also.. If u want to change .. dont go for Java r J2ee because huge competition is there and interview also tough..

Go for different technologies like DWH,Webmethods,SAP BW,..

You can also opt for software HR technologies like sap-hr ,etc.
