Hello, This is Naushad n I m confused about my career. I have completed my graduation in 2006 with chemistry as an honours subject. But now I want to go in banking sector n I've no any work experience. so plz suggest me some career guidance which will b the best for me coz I need to earn very soon.

You can apply in PUblic sector banks ,they give notification and u have to write test ,etc.For banks,background is not important,you can also try in HSBC..and later do MBA..HSBC global outsourcing has many processes in delhi,bangalore,hyderabad,it has customer support with people from microbiology background,etc.
